cartrack cant even track a phone contract

<p>I recieved a letter in march from cartrack stating that my tracking device was not working. When contacting them they told me that i would have to pay for the repair. I told them to cancel my contract if i must pay as i am paying monthly for them to monitor my vehicle so there unit should be working or else i am paying for nothing. As i am on contract i asked them for a copy of the voice recording which they say will take 10 days. . After numerous calls and 5 months later im still waiting. Everytime empty promises. Are they waiting for my contract to end in november or is there no contract on recording. Could they even track my car if it was ****** as they cant even track my contract in 5 months. Very dissapointed. </p>
