Cartrack cant come fit the tracking device its been 2 weeks now

i am very angry and disgusted with the service Cartrack is giving me. i have been a customer since 2018. early this month i bought a new car and asked Cartrack to move a tracking device from the old car t the new car which they agreed and told me that there is a fee which i need to pay. the following day they went and removed the tracking device from the old vehicle. but the problem now is they cant come and install it to my new vehicle. i have called them many times, made arrangements but they dishonored all our arrangements and they don't even communicate. its been 2 weeks now, i cant even drive my car because it does not have a tracking device. on 17 June i called again telling them to cancel the contract since they are failing me and they told me to pay a cancellation fee. which i refused, why must i pay a penalty when they are the ones who failed their obligation? the person i was speaking to ended up putting me through to their Manager who promised that they will come fit the device on 18 June 8 o'clock in morning, which i agreed. but the very same thing happened, they did not come, no one called me to explain what has transpired. Cartrack is very much unprofessional and they do not value their customers, i called another tracking company and they made an appointment for tomorrow morning, Cartrack is still telling me that i am liable to pay for cancellation fee, i am not gonna do that never, i will take the matter to the ombudsman or the highest court if i have to. i have been paying my monthly subscription very well but this is the kind of service i receive. i will never ever recommend anyone to cartrack. very unprofessional and rude .i have had enough
