CARTRACK CANCEL THE CONTRACT

I bought an Opel Crossland in August 2023 and cartrack was included in the deal.

Five days ago, when I realized that the year long contract ended, I sent an email to cartrack canceling their contract and told them that I have opted for Netstar. They are threatening and intimidating me instead of canceling the contract. One of heir consultant forced me to agree to a further 20 working day contract which he said will end on 31 October 2024 and I refused to agree to that.

Please help me with cancelation with immediate effect.
