Cartrack can they track ?

Been a fleet customer for 10years plus never needed to use their services, until today. Reported that I can't get hold of my truck driver and their system shown My truck been at a place days ago and still there yet done many other trips since. Called control room said there systems are slow and will let me know when they locate my truck 2 hours and 2 call from me and still awaiting reply from the control room! Nice to have a tracking company which I pay 15000 a year to look after my well being.
