Cartrack can only call when they want money

My motorcycle tracker is of for 53 days now with not ONE phone call from Cartrack AND yes this is the SECOND time! So I phoned Cartrack and was told that the warranty on the system has expired in December 2023 after I told them its of and the operator could not find a valid reason for it being of for the second time. The system is of for 53 days which makes it faulty before December 2023. This warranty thing is also something new I was not told about. I then cancelled the contract with Cartrack in a very bad mood due to this and their telephone operators not giving you a chance to tell them what is going on so they can explain what can be done. Now they can phone me everyday to tell me I owe them a cancellation fee, which I will not be paying. I was paying for a service which I did not get. What if my bike was ****** in this time, what would they tell me?? Wait, I know, it will be a "Sorry".
