Cartrack camera not working and no one helping

I moved over from another tracker as their service wasn't good. Now I'm wondering if they even better. Never came in time for fitment no call nothing. They eventually came after hours 18:30 and left just before 22:00. Technician was good. Now my camera isn't working called customer care yesterday and they said a camera centre person will call me yesterday nothing happened camera can't connect and I'm paying for something I can't even use properly only track the car. I wanted to have the camera option as it is good for me. Can someone please sort this out urgently
