Please be advised that I do not have an active account with Cartrack. My account was cancelled on 29 November 2025 with no outstanding expenses at that time. I request that you review the recorded telephonic conversation between myself and the representative who processed this cancellation.

Furthermore, I find the threatening tone of your communication regarding blacklisting and credit bureau reporting to be unacceptable given that the account was closed months ago.

Please update your records accordingly and confirm that this matter has been resolved.
