Cartrack bunch of ****s

I made the mistake of taking a 36 month contract with Cartrack. Between month 28 and 36, when I needed my vehicle to be tracked via my app. It did not work. When I called the company, they said the device is not working. Yet they kept charging me. At the end of the 36 month contract, they still hounding me for payments. Yet all 36 months were paid. Random calls at odd hours from their agents. What is the point of having tracker, if they cannot track the vehicle. And what is the point of signing a contract if the company feels entitled to keep you locked in, even though I notified them I no longer want to use their pathetic company
