Cartrack, bunch of Car insurance ********:

In June this year my vehicle was ******. I had installed Cartrack. As per our contract, they were supposed to pay out R150k in the event they were unable to retrieve my ****** car. It has been 6 months and there has been no contact from them, and i have not recieved a cent. I have tried multiple times to get assistance with my matter to no availe. Additionally they had been deducting R249 for the R99 pm plan. But they told me that the price plan (R99pm), did not include the payout of the R150 000 but they were deducting the amount (R249pm) which covered that payout.

I am very dissatisfied with the whole situation because no one bothered to be of service to me.The assistance I got when I lost my car was appalling, most of the consultants i dealt with were very rude and not epthethic. I lodged a complaint to the manager at the time, who also failed to follow up and assist me as their customer. I am very disapointed at their consumer service after the incidence,because at the time when they were selling the insurance it was in a manner that they go an extra for the clientsts, yet i have experienced the opposite post incident.
