Cartrack bullying me

I had cartrack device in my car which I traded it in to a Toyota dealership in witbank where I originally bought it registration number was JLX 130 MP. When I traded a new car was fitted with a new device. Assumption was that they had cancelled my subscription with them. It had been two years plus trying to cancel my subscription even when I stop the debit order they reinstate it. No longer know what to do two things I need 1) to be refunded all my subscriptions 2) get this arrangement cancelled 3) for them to stop harassing me with calls about a car I don’t have.
