Cartrack broke my car while installing a tracker , Poor service

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Cartrack. I trusted them to professionally install a tracker in my car, but instead, they caused damage during the installation process. Not only is it unacceptable for a company that deals with vehicles to break something while working on it, but the lack of accountability afterward made the situation even worse.

I expected skilled technicians and careful handling, but that clearly wasn't the case. As we speak I am stuck on the road . I have been phoning *** I spoke to Lindiwe so many times but we not getting any assistance , Please assist . We been trying to get hold of Shaymal He is in charge of technicians but no luck
