Cartrack broke my car and want to be paid for it

on the 18-03-21 a tracking device was installed on Citi golf mk1, that night after a 12 hour shift i got off work my car was under performing, and on my way uphill it died in the middle of the bridge it was dark and i was in the middle of no where I called them to complain about the damage to my car and eventually called my mechanic who advice me on how I can start the car just to get home safe. they were no help. I proceeded to call and ask they fix their mess and damage to my car. 23-3-21 A technician came to try resolve the issue. he assured me he was qualified and he would fix it he got at it 2 hours later he said he did not know what was the issue, I told him I was very disappointed in their company as they had broken my car and he went on his way 27-3-21 I went to auto electrician and he complain that my car had been tampered with he repaired the car and removed the ignition and my tracking device never went off which meant the stuff they had promised me was not done on my vehicle. since 29-3-21 they have asked me to pay a call out fee for the 2nd technician that promised me to fix my car but failed i then asked them for the job card to find out what work had he claimed to have done. they have failed to get back with me regarding this and their accounts department call me everyday wanting the call out fee for a issue that was not resolved
