Cartrack billing shambles

I had a tracking device installed in mid September 2020 and was told the prorata payment will be R79 which I accepted.They then debited my acc twice .Upon making an enquiry they apologized and promised to sort it out .I gave them the benefit of the doubt . Instead of correcting that error they had debited my acc 3 x times the agreed monthly payment.

Now I’m told they can only refund me after 14 days,14 days :
