CarTrack Billing Issues!

I accidentally pushed my panic button in my car, expected Cartrack to call me and to my surprise they didn't. I contacted them only to be told no signal can be found on the cartracking device. They promised to have someone come have a look at it and fix it. That never happened. They kept debiting my account. I reversed the payments, only then they sought to contact me telling me I owe them money. They have the audacity to debit my account for services they never rendered. Instead I have been sent from pillar to post. Every call center agent promises to escalate and nothing happens. The bill keeps accumulating on a device that does not work - funny right? DO NOT consider using Car track.

Reviewer Update
I got contacted by an Alwani today.
Very arrogant, young man telling me that he called me in Feb and I did not answer my phone thus I have not received contact. He then says I do not have a voicemail box in order for him to be able to leave a message. Me having a voicemail box is not a prerequisite to enter into an agreement with CarTrack. He could have emailed me to notify me that he called, the same way the account bill is emailed to me.

Later on, he could not get a hold of me and contacted my next of kin, why was this route not an option in February? Why does it have to be escalated as a bad review to get attention? What about the time the employees from Engelbrecht (Car Track's lawyers) contacted me and said they too would escalate? I can not believe one has to fight so much for the right thing to be done, deal with arrogant employees who show no passion in seeking a resolution. Its as if Car Track is doing me a favor. I am not an equal party to the contract. This is disgraceful. Truly unpleasant.
