Cartrack billing is ***

Cartrack added a maintenance plan on my premium without my consent. When I complained, I only got a response that they will investigate it. They never call to provide feedback. I intentionally reversed by debit order thereafter, I'm now receiving calls every second for me to make a payment and they say nothing about my complaint. I regret joining cartrack.
