Cartrack billing

Hi. Please advise. I have a contract with Cartrack for 1 of my vehicles. The Vehicle was hijacked on the 23rd January 2020. Cartrack never managed to locate the vehicle or their unit. They continuing to bill me and they are expecting me to pay for the contract even though they are not servicing me as their unit was taken out of the vehicle. Cartrack failed in their obligation with rendering a service but they expect continued payment. This is a ripoff, no wonder Cartrack Directors are so rich

In actual fact Cartrack were never able to locate the vehicle. According to them they are still searching for the unit even though the vehicle was recovered by the police stripped.
