Cartrack-BIGGEST **** ever!!!!!!!!!!

Stay far away from this company. Biggest **** ever. From day one, we had huge problems with them. During covid, I could not earn money and our account was low. I called them to explain and fell on deaf ears as I wanted the debit order cancelled and us pay when we can. They just continuously debited my wife's account which we were hit with huge penalties as there was no money in that account. I managed through an ABSA app to stop the debit. Then the phone call harassment's started. Up to 10 calls a day. Sometimes 3min apart. This has been going on for over a year now. We get threatened that we are not going to be paid out by King Price insurance incase of an incident as our acc is one month behind with cartrack. Once been threatened that we are going to be registered on ITC. I cant track my vehicle as they kicked me out of the app as well. So if there is an emergency, I cant track my family. All this harassment because I managed to cancel their precious debit order which I was told would and could never happen without their permission. (easy to cancel on ABSA App) I do believe King Price has also had enough of cartrack as a senior manageress made a conference call with me to one of their managers and also complained how they treating King Price clients badly. Please think twice before ever considering cartrack. You will be sorry. Just look at their track record on this forum.
