Cartrack being *****.

I had a look at my Cartrack app and noticed that my vehicle was last online 9 May 2019. I contacted Cartrack and they mentioned the installed tracker unit must be removed and sent for repair - Which already is a major issue. Secondly, why must the unit be repaired and not replaced. Thirdly, why is the repair not being covered by Warranty? Then the call center person mentions that the repair cost is R600 which is due to me = I need to pay for the repair - why? Fourthly, what happens now...... if my vehicle is Hijacked or ****** while this tracker unit isnt functional ??????

So, automatically I want to move my business to another provider only to find out you tied down in a 3yr contract. This is pure BS!!!!!!!!
