Cartrack ******** bank debit

My money was wrongfully debited, i contacted them and theyvsaid itvwas a technical error. I asked for a refund as this money was meant for other debit orders. 3 weeks later am still waiting for my refund and have accumulated unnecessary bank charges due to returned debit orders.
