Cartrack bad service. Empty promise
My car was in for service at car dealer in July 2024. When car was return to me in August I reported that my cartrack is not working. Car track charged me R600 to repair the device. I have made follow up twice with them to come fix cartrack. They promise that the technician will contact me and come fix cartrack. No body call to make appointment. Car track still not working. I am paying my monthly premiums and they started deduction the money to fix cartrack. My cartrack not working since August 2024 until today no cartrack. Regards Daniel mbonani *** *** ***
