Cartrack bad service

I'm really not happy with cartrack been their customer for years I made an arrangement when they called to make a manual payment but they still debited my account after I've made an immediate manual payment that should have reflected immediate in their account I really don't appreciate their kind of service if they don't take you serious and think you are crazy after so many years and don't listen to your instruction I took they track on my own will no one called me or anything only saw an ad on Facebook just to protect my car now they have two payments for the same month
