Cartrack Bad Service

Cartrack is the worst company ever, my car got ******, I reported the car ******, I've been waiting for feedback for the past 6 hrs I had to keep calling them. I called them 7 times trying to understand what's happening, they keep telling me they not getting a signal, I told them I could see the signal in my app, now they revoked the access to my app, I can't track my car now also I this means I can't see my other cars. I've been trying to call them now seems like they are declining my calls I can't get through to them. I don't know what to do please help, I am so frustrated with this company I am definitely leaving this company the service is really bad.
