Cartrack bad service

I recently checked the location of my vehicle so it gave me an error wrong location so I called cartrack control room the person I spoke to said my device needs to be rebooted so failed to reboot so she said she's going to book it for repairs and said I need to pay repair fee of R 600 for them to send a technician then I said I dont have that money so i said can I cancel cartrck because I cannot be assisted and she said I'll transfer your call to relevant people to assist you . So she transferred me to the lady by the name of tumi mohlodi answered the call and I explained to her and said for me to cancel I need to pay cancellation fee R1500 . Hello peter please help this people r robbing us and is been year having cartrack devices on my vehicles
