Cartrack bad service

A year ago to the day I reported a camera malfunction issue on a truck of mine and still no feedback… I recently about 3 ago called and reported this issue and still await feedback about technicians being dispatched. Even their CEO escalations email address is not attended as I have send multiple queries and received no answers. Cartrack is one of the worst when it comes to customer service. I wonder why give out tracking numbers for complaints when nothing is bound to happen.
