Cartrack bad service

Cartrack support is useless. They installed a tracking device, after 3 months the device fell and became visible. I called and informed them then they said they are going to dispatch a technician. It's been 2 months now, and I call everyday, they keep on saying they have escalated my matter to the relevant department. They keep on deducting every month but they can't simply dispatch someone to fix their own installation mistake. I'm just worried now if my car gets ****** what service will I get if they cannot even assist with a simple thing.
