Cartrack bad service

I'm angry and frustrated at how Cartrack is handling my case. I've been calling since last week Tuesday to have a technician to come and solve a problem of the witing of the cartrack that is draining my battery with no luck. I'm being taken from pillar to post. I reversed my monthly payment for January and within a day they called me regarding the payment yet they unable to fix the problem that I have.

On the 3rd of January they promised they'd send a technician, I'm still waiting with a car that I can start.
