Cartrack Bad Service

Cartrack is very bad. Once they've installed the units, you're on your own. My 2 units are not working for almost a year and I'm paying for that pathetic service. The tracker on my trailer and fuel monitor are not working, maybe they never worked from day 1 especially the fuel Monitor. I had been calling and email them but to no joy . All I hear is lies after lies. They keep on sending their so called Technician but I still sit with units that are not operational. Cartrack is really pathetic . I'm soon gonna be trying to get my money back or get them to remove their Nonsensical Devices on my assets because I don't know what am I paying for ? I feel Cartrack is *****ing from me because I'm paying for units that are not working, not adding value to my business. Definitely I'll not Cartrack to anyone. As far I'm concerned, they're the worst in the industry.
