Cartrack bad customer service

The worst ever, I joined for more then a year, Lockdown striked hard, struggled to hold on looking after my family, I had to sell car, I keep foning and telling them, they don't care they put the fone down in my ears with every call and double the amount every month, I don't even have the car anymore, please stay away from car track,
