Cartrack Bad Customer and Accounts Service

I missed a debit order,a couple of days later received an email to with a paynow link. Saturday : i did the now payment of R158.3 on the same day i had 2 debit orders from Cartrack of R176.65 and R196.03 I called the accounts department spoke to Thailo who confirmed that the R176.65 has added admin fees but the R196.03 the decit order request was submitted in Error. I asked for a refund and the gentlemen suggested its easier to reverse the transactions which i did and at that point the account was therefore fully paid.

I have just received a statement of R75 for an amount due for admin fee because of the 2 debit orders

I just spoke to Chairmaine in account who told me that as a client im liable for these admin fee even if one was done in error by the finance department.

What im failing to understand is what kind of a company makes their customer pay for errors done by their own staff.

Also i have never called Cartrack and found these any manager available in all the issues that i had since becoming their client.How is even call centre running without a Team Leader or Manager ? No wonder the staff finds it so easy to make mistakes on customers account cause they wont be held liable because Cartrack makes their Customer's pay their negligence.

I have been with other Car-tracking companies and have never experience such bad customer service and mis-management of Customer Accounts.

As i type this email i have colleagues with similar issues with Cartrack and we all would recommend anyone to sign up with this company unless you don't care about your assets or money.
