Cartrack bad business ethic

This company never cancels your policy. I cancelled my policy in 2018 when my vehicle was sold, so I was expected to pay the contract balance. they started debiting my bank account several times a month and each time with a different amount and at random dates. I stopped the debit order as this was unacceptable. They started calling and i made an arrangement. I paid R400 per month , still they phone every other day and every time they phone R280 gets added to the account. I then asked them to send me a final amount so I can just settle the account and get them off my back. They immediately sent an sms with the banking details and amount and I paid the full amount. Now 2 months later I get another invoice for R280. this is unacceptable. I would never recommend them to anyone.
