Cartrack bad attitude

0 Stars Unprofessional and telling lies from more than 1 consultant, in Cartrack booking department.Booking was for 8:00am I phoned at 9:30 to find out where technician, I was put throught to person who book the appointement and was told I was wrong that the booking was from anytime from 10:00-16:00 as she booked it and she didnt book it for 8 she won't make such mistake. I Informed the consultant that it was confirmed also yesterday with me it was for 8:00. She just refused and said system says 10:00 and got very agitated and she put me on hold to check something after 15min on hold the phone disconnected. I phoned back talk to new consultant and asked when was my booking it confirmed for 8:00. I asked reason why no technician, she said some didn't pitch for work and they only realized it now 1:30H later: I asked for supervisor and she said he in meeting will call back.(still no call) I was called again for appointment by consultant and I asked to talk to supervisor, person told me she now acting supervisor as supervisor is in course. I asked name of supervisor and differs from 1 I asked and they were both in course. THUS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAVE A VERY NASTY ATTITUDE IF ASKED WHAT IS GOING ON, MY WIFE TOOK LEAVE FROM WORK TO HONOUR APPOINTMENT.
