Cartrack

I thought I heard my wife’s car get home but she never entered the house. When I went to look for her, the garage was empty. We have just had a burglary so I was jittery at best as I thought someone might have followed her through the gate and hi-jacked her and the car. I tried the Cartrack App but my login credentials failed. The Cartrack app says it sent a code to my phone but it never arrived. When I tried to contact control room via the web the app requested contact details. When they phoned and I requested the location of my wife’s car they said they could, unfortunately, not give me that information. I lost it. What am I paying for? Cartrack will not give me the information that I am religiously paying for. The control room does not work, their app does not work I am cancelling and going to Matrix (or Netstar) because I have never experienced such incompetence from a service provider in my life. If you have had problems with Cartrack, get out now. It does not get better.
