Cartrack

So upset with cartrack my debit order date is the 25th of each month yesterday the sent me message saying that i am owing as they tried debiting on my account but there was no no money, they then sent another follow up message in order not to fall in arrears i must pay that amount via a link they sent of which i did and they rep**** they got it today to my suprise they debited again on my account which means they double deducted. I tried calling them to no avail the consultants are dropping they phone all i want is my refund thats all
