Cartrack - authorised ****mers

This company is cruel and they are vultures! After finishing my 3year contact with them, and having told them more than once that I didn't want nor need it, they still debited my account. And they've been stalking my account, any transaction, they debit. I was reversing the amounts, whilst they claimed that the matter was escalated to the relevant department, but today, because they came twice in one month, I couldn't reverse it. They claim to be recording our conversations, but each time I asked them to listen to it so that they could hear me clearly stating that I wasn't interested in their system anymore, they play dumb! How do you put an account on month to month after the term is finished and they already told you that they had no interest in your services? I mean really!!
