Cartrack at best ***********

My service has not been working for 12 months but it was my responsibility to ensure that it was working apparently based on their terms and conditions - I asked for a contract where I signed this and was said this will be sent to me by Zanele - I was sent the standard terms and conditions with no signature. This is after more than a month of complaining.
