Cartrack Arrogance!

Cartrack is the worst Service Client business and backup service I have ever experienced. I regret signing up with them and despite several attempts, emails and loads of minutes spent on the phone, they simply do not respond and without permission took an amount of my account which I objected to in writing. Worse is that you hang on to calls and you simply get cut off. I will never recommend them to anyone!
