CarTrack are ********
The Cartrack unit damaged my battery , they made an agreement with BMW to replace the battery as motorplan doesn’t pay for the battery replacement due to a tracker. My car has been at the dealership since Wednesday and Cartrack is now refusing to make payments yet even their technician was present during the testing. This issue has been dragging since August 21st with Cartrack playing hide and seek. Useless company to be associated with in anyway.

17 Sept 2020, 13:25I’m still waiting for this issue to be resolved. After sending so many emails CarTrack is just quiet. Can you guys just remove your unit from my car and end my contract with you and I will buy myself a new battery.
