Cartrack are ****s and a trap. Don't fall for the sales pitch.

Daylight ****gery by Cartrack! The installed device stopped working in July 2024, reported it and they promised to send a technician out. Sent a follow up email about the technician, they respond that callout fee is R600 and device is out of warranty! I am locked into a 36months contract ending in a years time - cancellation fee there of told is just under R2100.... For the past over 3months already I have been paying monthly subscription (a whole R228 rounded p/m of services not rendered bcoz their installed devices faulty and i have to pay for them to fix it! When i tender cancellation notice there is a hefty penalty... Cartrack are ****s. And their socalled crash detection and road assist services bogus it just doesn't work!
