Cartrack are not who they say they are be careful

Never go for these *******, when I joined cartrack they said if we don't recover your vehicle we will pay 150000, my car was hijacked and they started running away, it was someone will call you, but no one would call, wrote comments on their Facebook page and someone called, following day some one called saying they would send me a form to claim the warranty, it never came, after calling and calling today an email comes saying I'm not eligible for the warranty as I didn't call quarterly to test the unit. For starters no one ever told me to call quarterly to test the unit. Second thing they sent a statement that shows that 5 months ago there was a debit order that bounced, I am not aware of that and they never communicated about the bounced debit order, and my account is up to date, I have other cars with their trackers it means it's useless because a year from now, they will say last year you missed a debit order so you are not insured.

These are ******* plain and simple, now I actually think it's their own people who stole my car.

The way they neglected me after the is disappointing and disturbing.
