Cartrack are ******* *****ing from the poor

I'm extremely disappointed with cartrack in 2020 January our car was involved in accident on the 25 January we were informed by insurance that car will be written off I immediately called cartrack to inform them that car is written off and for them to go remove the unit I was told that I have to pay 890 rand wich I paid I then started receiving tampering alerts on my phone few weeks down the line I called cartrack to enquire if they went to remove my unit and they gave me excuses from accounts dept to customer care I got no help and lies after lies from them I received a call from the new owner months later that the vehicle still has tracking device in it I also confirmed with smd if car track ever came to remove unit and my answer was no as a result of poor service and a bunch of lies from cartrack I stopped the monthly payments to this day I am constantly being harrased by law firms wanting payment from me
