Cartrack are crocks

I had cartrack installed on my vehicles since 2011, the contractor expired on 2014 . AS from 2020 they haven't been monitoring my car, even when the battery is off they will not call anymore. I called them May 2024 to say im canceling but they still deducting. I then stopped the debit oder but they are still deducting and treating me that they will blacklist me. Contract expired on 2014 why is this an issue?
