CARTRACK ARE A BUNCH OF ******

DAY LIGHT *******. I think the only reason why I will cancel my package is that cartrack is a bunch of ******. Apart from double debiting they charged me twice. My tracker was installed on the 3rd of April 2024 and I nominated the 15th as my debit order date. i was initially told that I will be charged prorata from the 3rd to the 15th then from there my debit order starts going off...how the hell do you pay R431 (prorata + 219 package). When I called the 1st consultant he mentioned there was a mistake and no funds were refunded and now when I called I was told that it is correct something about a calander month. So from the 3rd of April to 16 May I have paid cartrack R650...THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS, YOU ARE ******!!!!
