Cartrack are ******

I’ve been getting unauthorized Debit orders twice this month from Cartrack i have tried to call their office for two weeks and their customer care agents are not assisting me at all. I have emailed them and still no response, I have gone to my bank and they told me Cartrack needs to stop these debit orders from their side but still when I call Cartrack they keep on telling me their lines are bad or that a senior agent will call me back which never happens, they are ****** and ****mers
