Cartrack App never works !!!

Cartrack needs to fix their App… 80% of the time it never works and it’s really hard to track your car in real time. I have deleted and reinstalled the app so many times for it to work but still nothing. I am really concerned about this as a customer. This is a high risk situation- what happens when you are faced with a problem.
