Cartrack app downtime

Lately on a weekend the app freezes, does not update, when the customer support is called they say that the people in that department is not available. Is this going to be an on going problem? Emails and whattsapp complaints are not being answered a week later, maybe now someone, or something will happen. Call centre agent agrees that the app is not updating and is freezing so why is no-one attending to it? Why does it only update on a business day? The app is part of the service offered to clients, 'keeping you in control' is what it say's..................
