Cartrack App does not do live tracking

For the past three months I have been to and fro with Cartrack about having my contract cancelled because I was **** to about how their app works. I was told by their sales rep that it does LIVE tracking, but it does not and also one of their staff confirmed the app only updates every 3 minutes. I am yet to receive a call from a manager as requested and also a copy of my contract and a recording of the conversation with the sales rep who either **** to me or does not know the product. I explained that my wife travels to isolated locations to do site inspection so i need to be able to track her movements and be able to alert the response team if i see any deviations in her vehicle's movements. also asked if there is something I may have to do on the app to get it to do LIVE tracking...but nothing. Only responses that I will be liable for the cancellation fee of R2650. Terrible service. I just want out of the contract which I have been requesting for months.
