Cartrack and their pathetic services and lies

Poor service. I requested a device setting and I was told a technician would come on 07 Feb 2025. No one showed up and technician only called around 19:00 to notify he would come on 08 Feb 2025 and he never showed up again. Monday Cartrack call me to set a new appointment and advised a technician would come on 14 Feb 2025. 14 Feb I get an sms notifying technician would come around 09:00. It's now almost 16:00 no technician comes and I call. Was made to wait for 25 minutes only to be told a technician can come on Sunday. This is very pathetic. I guess now they have grown way too big for us their customers.
