Cartrack and the case of its missing installers

What a pathetic experience with Cartrack. I purchased a new car and liased with Cartrack to fit a tracking device whist it was in the showroom. The technician didnt pitch for 3 appointments then contacted the showroom saying availablity only in a further 2 weeks time .No contact with me whatsoever. so I contacted them saying I will arrange installation 1 day before I feel it will be ******. I would never do business with a company that cannot fulfil a basic service to ensure it continues its existence or should provide additional service free of charge to track its installation technicians.
