Cartrack and predatory practices
They attempted to debit my account before salary could be deposited into my bank account, that resulted in a -R150 bank charge. I responded to their earlier WhatsApp communication that they must not debit but they debited anyway. During a telephonic conversation I demanded that they refund my R150 or I should pay the R56 to cover the difference. They did not agree. Now they are sending me WhatsApp communication that I made an arrangement to pay the arrears today, which is false
