Cartrack and Contract Breach - Broken Tracking Units

Cartrack is ****** - I installed a unit about two years ago NOV 2023 - Aug 2024 someone did try to steel my vehicle. so being a single mother with a vehicle all ready at risk - I picked up in March 2025 that my unit aint updating and that it is still showing my vehicle standing outside my previous place of employment 30km away - I reported this - Repeateadly and every time its either the weather, or no one is available of they just dissapear and never contact me UNTILL I SKIP A PREMUIM - i tried cancelling the unit but then theres a fee of 2500 i have to pay - being a below average income earner. for now. It's the 25th Nof ovember and I have stopped paying this premium about 3 months ago, for I'm paying for a BROKEN UNIT AND AIN'T GETTING NO FREAKIN WHERE WITH CARTRACK. I'm at the point where I want to sell the car just to see if this will get the F#%#@$% off my back - im paying for non service - and putting my life at risk thinking im save - They just Blacklisted me on ITC
